Content DescriptionThis standard describes 3-in. through 64-in. (80-mm through 1,600-mm) ductile-iron pipe, centrifugally cast, for potable water, raw water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems with push-on joints or mechanical joints. Requirements for pipe according to this standard are discussed in the text and are shown in Tables 1 through 6 and Figures 1, 2, and 3. This standard may be used for pipe with other types of joints as may be agreed on at the time of purchase. This standard can be referenced in specifications for ductile-iron pipe, centrifugally cast, for potable water, raw water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems.
