1. Scope
1.1 This test method covers a procedure for determining the filterability of aviation turbine fuels.
Note 1ASTM specification fuels falling within the scope of this test method are Specification D 1655 and the military fuels covered in the military specifications listed in .
1.2 This test method is not applicable to fuels that contain undissolved water.
1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. The values given in parentheses are for information only.
